becoming a blogger

I would really like to become a blogger.  I benefit so much from reading other people's blogs, and I'd like to make a positive contribution to the cyber-smorgasbord of conversations.  A good blogger posts at least three times a week, i hear.  (In case you caught that little grammar "error," i'm only going to capitalize the word "i" in this blog if it begins a sentence.)  I'm not very interesting or intelligent, but God's got a monopoly on interestingness, wisdom, and inexhaustibility.  I'll just try to make note of what He reveals to me.  We'll see what happens.

Life often feels like rough seas, but there's a lighthouse - that is, the Bible.  I wouldn't bother attempting to become a blogger if i had not a perspective shaped by the wonderful Word of God.  I am very weak and full of error, but all of God's children have gifts to use for building up their brothers and sisters.  I hope you like this blog and are encouraged by it.
